Cancellation Policy

Because we are a small resort and book quite far in advance, we do have a strict cancellation policy. If a reservation is cancelled before 60 days of scheduled arrival, guest will receive a full refund. If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival then no refund will be allowed unless Resort is able to rebook the scheduled dates. If Resort is able to rebook scheduled dates then a refund will be issued, less a rebooking fee of $150.00.
